SHIPPING POLICY
Our products are shipped using the fast and reliable Express courier service provided by FedEx or DHL, both well-known worldwide. Due to the high occurrence of missing packages and damaged goods, we no longer offer standard shipping. Our goal is to establish long-lasting relationships with our customers by consistently offering the best prices and services possible.
- We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. All orders will be sent out within 24-72 hours after our payment processor has cleared your credit card payment of potential fraud. The time to complete a fraud review may vary depending on the country where the card was issued and other factors. Our Express Courier Service typically delivers orders within 3 to 7 days. * Please be aware that weather conditions during the winter months may impact transit time.
- The shipping costs are determined by our shopping cart system based on the weight of the selected product(s) and the destination.
- We are able to ship to nearly any registered address worldwide. Please note that Express shipping does not deliver to P.O. Box or Military Base addresses.
- When placing an order, you must provide accurate address details. If you provide an incorrect address, you will be responsible for covering any rerouting fees and associated losses.
- Once your order has been sent out, we will send you an email notification along with the tracking number, allowing you to easily track the status of your order online.
- Every Express shipment of these items, an adult signature is necessary upon delivery at your doorstep. If there is no one available, the parcel will be taken to the nearest post office or facility for you to collect. A notification will be left in your mailbox with the location and address of the branch.
- Please be aware that your local government may impose import duties and/or taxes on shipments coming from outside your country. These additional charges, if applicable, are separate from any fees charged by our Shop and must be paid to your government. It is important to note that customs policies differ between countries, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more details.
- If your shipment is delayed by local customs, it is the customer’s responsibility to communicate with them for clearance or release. FengShuiMarketplace is not responsible for any delays or loss due to customs holding up the shipment, as it is beyond our control.
Canceling an Order
You have the option to cancel an order before it is processed at our center by sending us an email. A 6% processing fee will apply. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

Damaged Shipment or Missing Item:
Only items shipped with our Express Service come with insurance coverage. If any products arrive damaged, please keep all packaging materials and the product itself. Claims for damages with the Express Service may require proof of the damage. If you receive a package with damaged or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist you further. Please note that we are not liable for packages left on porches due to special delivery instructions given to the courier.
Return Policy
Our goal is your satisfaction with the products purchased from FengshuiMarketplace.com, enabling you to make the most of their energy. We acknowledge that there may be occasions where a return is necessary, and we will assist you in this process as much as possible. Please take the time to review and comprehend the guidelines outlined below for returns.
1. Prior to returning an item, you must contact us.
2. All returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the items.
3. The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping charges.
4. Returned items must be in like-new, sellable condition.
5. All sales are final and cannot be returned.
6. If a shipment is refused by the purchaser, a 10% restocking fee will be charged, along with any import duty or tax imposed by customs. The purchaser will also be responsible for any shipping costs incurred.
